About Clocked In

As a software developer, working on multiple projects every day, it's difficult to track time spent on each project. If you are like me, you find yourself checking the clock and then making notes indicating the amount of time spent on each. At the end of the day, you are forced to tally the hours. By the end of a week or month, that naturally becomes a bit unwieldy, and likely inaccurate. A lot of time trackers require that you enter in your hours as line items. Well, that's an effective way way to keep track, but still requires one to keep an eye on the clock and do the math. CLockedIn makes this a whole lot easier.

You simply enter in your clients, and the projects you're working on. You then enter the tasks that are required to accomplish that project. As you work on each of those tasks, ClockedIn lets you clock in and out, automatically adding your hours and recording your time. All on one screen. In fact, the entering of projects and tasks is also all done on the same screen, much like the experience of using desktop software. Lots of features are planned and the system is very much a 'beta' at this point, but it will hopefully ease your time tracking troubles. Enjoy.
